Two twin houses are located at the back of the plot to create a large south-facing garden. Both houses are composed of two horizontal planes suspended in the air that open up to the sea and generate lots of shade. The ground floor has a heavier nature and is built with stone walls that emerge from the ground. The second floor is a lighter element built in wood.
