S’ARGAMASSA

The house is located on the northwest limit that allows the plot to be set back, freeing up the garden area to the south and east.
A sculptural staircase is created in the center of the house, visible from any point inside or outside.
The ground floor is organized between stone walls, which generate large open-plan rooms for the day area and which open to the outside to form a single space composed of patios, porches and gardens.
Above the stone walls, a white volume forms the night area on the first floor, changing its thickness to generate terraces and double heights.
From the terrace on the first floor, access is created to the pool area, so that the first floor can be accessed both inside and outside.
