The masterplan is located on the urban limit of Puig d'en Valls and contains forty homes spread over seven south-facing blocks.
Each block is made up of two horizontal bands, generating porches and pergolas that protect the windows and terraces from the sun.
A landscaped path runs through the plot from north to south, giving access to the buildings, the pool and the community garden.
The ground floor homes are surrounded by a private garden while the first floor homes have access to their private terrace on the roof.
