The seafront will have a new meeting point, rest area and shade to sit and contemplate the sea views.. An oasis of planters, flower pergolas, benches and fountains within the urban area. Where the organic character of both the shapes and the construction elements will create a unique experience for the user.
The intervention responds to:
-The seafront need to have a new landmark.
-The promenade approaches the port, connecting the different levels, creating a new, wider staircase and two new entrances to revitalize pedestrian flows towards the port.
The Santa Eulària hotel is made up of iconic horizontal planters, a new reference in the skyline from the seafront of Santa Eulària. The green facade gives privacy to the terraces of the rooms and continuity to the green character of the square.
