The building is located 50 meters from the church of Sant Joan de Labritja and is integrated into the traditional aesthetics of the town with small vertical holes in white surfaces.
The block is fragmented into 5 staggered volumes that give movement to the composition. In this way the project reflects a similar scale to the rest of the houses in the town.
For the fencing of the openings, the predominant color 'blauet' is used in the nearby buildings.
