Rehabilitation of a 'pagesa house' that is 150 years old. The house had undergone various extensions over time, losing its original character. The project eliminates all these added constructions, recovering the essence of the main home, highlighting the porch, ‘cuina pagesa’ and ‘dalt house’ spaces.
A large porch is added on the east side from which you can see the sea.
The rest of the program is moved outside the main complex to maintain the aesthetics and proportion of the original home. It is made up of stone pieces integrated into the existing terraces, on a lower level than the main house.
