The origin of the project is the existing 'pagesa' house located on the oldest street in Santa Eulària, San José street.
The building is separated from the street to maintain the profile of the country house and is made up of two blocks with a private street in the center.
It is built using a translucent skin of triangular ceramic pieces that cover the building and protect it from sunlight. Garden balconies stand out from this white skin, giving character to the building.
